Having Therapy

Reflexology is a therapy which can be received by anyone at any age, from newborn babies to those receiving end of life care, and everyone in-between.

Reflexology is a very easy to treatment to receive; the most clothing that will have to be removed will be socks and shoes.

On your initial visit a full medical history will be requested and you will be asked to sign a consent form for treatment. All information provided will be treated with with the highest confidentiality.

The therapist will then use their hands to apply pressure to the feet, lower leg or hands dependent on the type of reflexology chosen. You may feel areas of transient discomfort during the treatment but generally the experience should be relaxing.

Being in an environment where the reflexology treatment is the only thing you are focussed on is very important.

Our consulting room is completely dedicated to reflexology, ensuring the right atmosphere is created to allow you to immerse totally into the experience.

We are not part of a clinic, so there's no sitting in waiting rooms, or meeting other visitors.

Each appointment is totally private and a time convenient to you.
