How Might Reflexology Help?

Reflexology can be used to help restore and maintain the body's natural equilibrium. This gentle therapy encourages the body to work naturally to restore its own healthy balance.

Reflexologists do not claim to cure, diagnose or prescribe. Reflexology is a very individual treatment which works with you holistically. Usually, you might feel relaxed and tension might be reduced after a treatment; you may sleep better and you may notice a feeling of improved mood and general well being.

Reflexology may help with:

  • Digestive problems

  • Mental health issues

  • Joint pain

  • Skin disorders

  • Breathing disorders

  • Muscular pain

  • Hormonal Imbalances

  • Fertility issues

  • Sleep disorders

  • Stress and anxiety

  • Blood Sugar Disorders

  • People living with cancer

  • Long term debilitating illness

This is by no means a definitive list. Please speak with us regarding any health problem and we can advise if reflexology might help.

Reflexology should not be used as an alternative to medical advice.
