What is reflexology?

Reflexology is an holistic therapy that acts as complimentary health care. It can be used to improve general well-being, or help address a particular health problem. It has its origins in Ancient Egypt and has been practised for over 5000 years.

How does it work?

Reflexology theory is that it helps the body to restore its balance naturally.

Our feet are our channels to the earth and reflect the health of the body. Each area of the foot is a reflex to part of the body. Through application of pressure on these reflexes the whole body is rejuvenated, and your Reflexologist can focus on key areas of the foot to help with specific problems.

With ever increasing levels of stress, it is important for people to take more responsibility for their own health care needs. Reflexology may be one of the ways to mitigate the stresses of modern life.
